Are you a caring, enthusiastic, and flexible individual looking to make a real difference in the lives of children and young people with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? The Rise Partnership Trust is seeking dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to support some outstanding SEN schools in the Brent area.

As part of our bank staff team, you'll have the opportunity to work across our schools on a flexible, as-needed basis — perfect for those seeking variety, experience in different settings, or a role that fits around other commitments.

About The Role

  • Support pupils with a range of SEN, including Autism, speech and language difficulties, and complex learning needs.
  • Work closely with teachers, therapists, and other professionals to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Assist in implementing individual learning programmes, behaviour support plans, and personal care routines.
  • Foster independence, confidence, and emotional wellbeing in all learners.

We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience working with children or young people with SEN (in school, care, or similar settings)
  • A compassionate, patient, and proactive attitude.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Flexibility to work across different classes and schools within the Trust as required.
  • A willingness to learn and adapt
