Daniel Owen are currently recruiting for a Site Lead / Supervisor to manage operations at a key client site in Wembley. This role is ideal for a mechanically biased engineer with strong facilities or maintenance leadership experience looking to step into a pivotal position within a fast-paced, high-profile environment.

You will lead a team of three engineers (2 site-based, 1 mobile - all electrically biased) and oversee the delivery of hard services, including PPM, compliance, and contractor supervision. As the main point of contact for all FM activities on site, you'll ensure safe, compliant, and high-quality service delivery.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day delivery of hard FM services on site

  • Provide leadership and support to a small engineering team

  • Act as the key contact for the client and internal stakeholders

  • Carry out and oversee routine mechanical PPM and reactive maintenance

  • Ensure compliance with statutory and company procedures

  • Manage contractors and ensure adherence to work permit systems

  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and job closures

  • Minimise downtime of business-critical systems

  • Promote and maintain high QHSE standards



Requirements:

  • Mechanical or Electrical Engineering qualification (mechanical bias preferred)

  • Experience in a similar FM or engineering supervisor role

  • Familiarity with CAFM systems and maintenance planning tools

  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills

  • Proactive, customer-focused, and calm under pressure

  • Able to work flexibly, including on-call (1-in-4 rota)
