Astute's Power team is partnering with a leading principal contractor in the Energy from Waste sector who are looking to recruit an Electrical Supervisor on a 6-month contract for its West Midlands site.
The Electrical Supervisor role comes with a day rate of 450.
Key skills required for the Electrical Supervisor
- Supervising electrical activities on-site, including the installation of Primary and secondary containment, Cable pulling, Glanding, Termination and Testing.
- Measure progress against performance trackers & report to QS on measures completed in period.
- Support the technical office in ensuring that all EC&I work complies with project design, technical specifications, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with other departments (mechanical, civil, etc.) to facilitate the smooth progress of EC&I works.
- Monitor the performance of EC&I Installation subcontractors to ensure adherence to safety and contractual standards.
- Support the implementation of safety regulations and ensure team members follow safety procedures.
- Ideal experience with a Principal Contractor within a similar sector
- Spanish/Spain speaking is highly beneficial
