We're recruiting for a Corporate Tax Manager to join a well-established advisory practice that offers specialist services to the Not-for-Profit (NFP) sector. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a values-driven environment, enjoys variety, and wants to make a difference while continuing to grow professionally. Working with a diverse client base that includes charities, educational institutions, and other socially focused organisations, you'll provide expert tax guidance, build long-term relationships, and play a key role in the development of the team.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Managing a dedicated NFP client portfolio and overseeing all aspects of corporate tax compliance and advisory services.
  • Advising clients on tax planning opportunities, trading subsidiaries, Gift Aid, partial exemption, and wider governance issues relevant to the sector.
  • Supporting clients through complex queries with sensitivity to their charitable status and public responsibilities.
  • Leading or contributing to advisory projects related to restructuring, group tax strategy, and operational risk.
  • Developing more junior colleagues through coaching and review, contributing to a supportive and high-performing team culture.
  • Building relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally, supporting the firm's presence in the NFP community.
What You'll Bring:
  • CTA, ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience in corporate or mixed tax, ideally with exposure to charity/NFP clients (though not essential - strong interest and willingness to learn is welcomed).
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Ability to manage complex technical work and apply it pragmatically within the NFP context.
  • Passion for purpose-led advisory work and contributing to organisations that make a difference.
