CNC Programmer - Supervisor
Salary: 40,000 - 45,000 + Shift Allowance + 24 Days Holiday + Pension + Onsite Training
Location: Byfleet (Commutable from Woking, Guildford, Weybridge, Farnborough, Epsom)

In this role, you'll programme CNC lathes and mills (using Fusion), set up tooling, support new product introductions, and oversee day-to-day activity on the late shift. You'll lead a small, experienced team while continuing to develop your own technical skills with access to tools like SolidWorks and on-the-job training.
This role would suit an experienced CNC Programmer or Setter/Operator ready for a supervisory position within a growing and supportive company offering long-term development.
