CNC Setter / Operator
Salary: 30,000 - 35,000 + Shift Allowance + 24 Days Holiday + Pension+ Training + Progression.
Location: Byfleet (Commutable from Woking, Weybridge, Guildford, Farnborough, Epsom)

You'll operate two CNC machines, carry out basic production tasks (deburring, tool changes, etc.), and receive full training on setting and CAD/CAM tools if needed.
This role suits a CNC Operator looking for a secure, long-term position with training and development in a growing company.
The Role:
- Hands On Training.
- Stable Late Shift: 2pm - 11pm Monday - Thursday (Normal day shift on Friday).
- Shift allowance at a time and a third.
The Candidate:
- CNC Operating experience.
- Open to further training on setting and programming.
- Willing to work late shifts.
