- Competitive salary of £40,000–£44,000 (including shift uplift)
- Late shift with time-and-a-third pay structure
- Work on high-spec components for industries including defence, oil & gas, and fire protection
- Exposure to high-end Mori Seiki CNC machinery
- 24 days annual leave + bank holidays
- Early finish on Fridays
- Setting and operating CNC turning and/or milling machines (Mori Seiki)
- Interpreting engineering drawings and ensuring component accuracy
- Performing in-process quality checks using measurement tools
- Supporting the wider team to meet output and quality targets
- Proven CNC setting and operating experience (either turning, milling, or both)
- Comfortable reading technical drawings and using measurement equipment
- Experience with Mori Seiki machines is highly advantageous
- Team player with a keen eye for detail and high work standards
