We are currently recruiting for a Sales Negotiator position, for our independent Estate Agency client based in West Byfleet.The successful candidate must have a minimum of 1 years' experience as a Sales Negotiator, be extremely driven, motivated and focused with good timemanagement skills as this role will be working from home, but with face to face meetings every 3 working days.Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 30-minute commute of the area.You must hold a full UK driving licence with the use of your own car.Benefits:

  • Basic £22,000 - £24,000
  • OTE £40,000 +
  • Tiered commission
  • 8% up to £100k
  • 10% £100k +
  • Bonuses for hitting other thresholds
  • Working from home (face to face meetings every 3 working days)
  • Monday to Friday 9am - 6.30pm, every other Saturday 9am - 4pm

Responsibilities:

  • Working from home managing your own diary

  • Call outs
  • Negotiating the sale of properties between vendors and buyers
  • Developing relationships

  • Always delivering exceptional customer service

Key Skills:

  • Minimum 1 years' experience as a Sales Negotiator
  • Highly driven, focused and extremely self motivated
  • Good time management
  • Flexibility
  • High level of customer service skills.
  • Well-spoken with good telephone manner
  • Well presented
  • Target driven and ambitious
  • Local to West Byfleet
  • Must hold a full UK driving licence and have use of your own car
