Lettings Negotiator – Woking/West ByfleetSalary: £30,000–£38,000 We’re seeking a motivated Lettings Negotiator to join our busy and successful Woking/West Byfleet team. This is a great opportunity for someone with at least a year of experience who’s ready to work in a thriving and supportive environment.Ideal candidates will have:

A minimum of 1 year in lettings or sales negotiation
Great people skills and a proven track record of success
Excellent organisational abilities
A full UK driving licence

Your role will include:

Managing property viewings and client follow-ups
Registering applicants and matching them to suitable properties
Communicating with landlords and tenants
Supporting offers, negotiations, and tenancy progression
