We are currently recruiting for a Sales Manager for our Estate Agency client based in Windsor.The successful candidate must be hungry and driven to succeed with previous experience as as Assistant Manager or above. You must be able to motivate the team throughout the sales process, with any guidance and support needed with working towards quarterly office targets.Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 30-minute commute of the area.You will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car.Benefits:
- Basic £30,000 - £35,000
- OTE £50,000 - £60,000 +
- Car allowance
- Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm, every other Saturday 9am - 4pm
- 1 in 3 Saturdays after probation

- Assisting the team on achieving personal targets
- Conducting valuations and winning business

- Strong track record in winning business and managing
- Proven experience in residential sales
- Sales and target driven
- Confidence with the ability to build trust and rapport
- Well-spoken with good telephone manner
- Leadership qualities
- Ability to motivate and guide a team
- Must hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car
