Opportunity

With a hybrid approach, offering one to two days per week working from home, with the remainder of the time based at the head office close to Heathrow Airport.
Main Duties
- Validate and process orders received from the Product Management team for customers in internal systems
- Work as a liaison between Order / Logistics Management, Sales Teams and Product Management
- Creation, maintenance and update of internal controls and monitoring tools
- Manage the reporting or order status on a weekly basis to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies, and communicate status information to customers and internal teams
- Manage the Customer Claims Exceptions process to ensure that all issues are investigated, followed up and concluded
- Manage the end-to-end process for Channel Swaps and Buy Backs (sales returns) raising credits and debit notes where needed
- Generate commercial invoices and other relevant import / export documents
Skills and Qualifications
- Analytical skills including advanced knowledge of Excel
- Exceptional attention to detail, organised and methodical
- Order processing and use or order processing systems
- Experience working in a customer focused environment
- Problem solving
