Our client has an exciting new opportunity for a Registered CQC Manager to set up and manage a brand new Children’s Home!

The main responsibilities of this role will include:

  • Complete set up of the operations
  • Create a nurturing environment for children & develop care plans for children
  • Lead and manage a team of care staff
  • Manage budgets and administrative functions

Requirements:

  • Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care & Young People’s Services & CQC Registered
  • Knowledge of Ofsted Regulations & Children’s Home regulations
  • Previous experience with children or adults with Autism & Complex needs
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • High level of compassion and empathy & a passion for working with children and young people and be committed to their safeguarding
  • Full UK driving license preferred
  • Full DBS checks
