The Role
We're looking for a driven, commercially minded, experienced, sales focused 360 Sales Consultant to launch and grow a cold desk within our business. You'll play a hands-on role in identifying new clients, winning business, and delivering top-quality recruitment solutions - with the autonomy to shape your desk, help grow and build the business and earn industry-leading commission.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities across key sectors
- Build long-term client relationships through proactive outreach and solution-led selling
- Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle (business development, resourcing, placement)
- Write and post compelling job adverts to attract talent
- Interview and assess candidates to ensure quality and suitability
- Negotiate fees and terms with clients professionally and confidently
- Maintain accurate records on CRM and hit agreed KPIs and revenue targets
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in recruitment or B2B sales (minimum 12 months)
- Strong new business development skills and confidence building a cold desk
- Tenacious, self-motivated, and target-driven mindset
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- A team player who also thrives independently
- High levels of integrity and professionalism
- Knowledge of permanent recruitment across any sector is a bonus
