Hexagon Group are delighted to be working with a leading property management company who have enjoyed recent success, and now have a need for a Facilities Manager to manage an exciting, prestigious portfolio of properties located in London's West End consisting of various commercial properties, retail units and several residential properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Day to day management of the properties, providing exceptional levels of customer service to your tenants and attending monthly tenant meetings.
  • Overseeing the health & safety for the estate and ensuring statutory compliance is up to date.
  • Production and management of each site's service charge budget.
  • Working with the internal project teams regarding any fit-out, refurbishment and replacement projects
  • Carrying out regular property inspections and dealing with any issues that arise promptly.
  • Management of the hard & soft service partners on-site, monitoring their performance, carrying out performance reviews when required, and re-tendering contracts upon renewal dates.
  • Maintain regular contact with your client and ensure clear communication at all times.

You will come from a managing agent background, with previous experience managing a portfolio of mixed-use properties. A strong knowledge of health and safety regulations is essential, ideally supported by an IOSH or NEBOSH qualification. You should also have experience in creating and managing service charge budgets and demonstrate exceptional levels of customer service.
