Location: EastMolesey (10 minutes from Hampton Court)
Hours: Zero Hours Contract, Part-Time 7.5 - 22.5 hours per week (must beavailable to work weekends)

The Role:
Were looking for an experienced and hands on Part-Time Café Supervisor who is
a proficient barista, to support our Assistant Manager in leading the front-of-house
team. Youll support daily operations, maintain high standards across customer
service and cleanliness, and ensure quality and speed in both food and drink service.
Youll also take the lead during shifts, support junior team members, and contribute
to a warm, welcoming café environment.
What Youll be Doing:
- Lead shifts in the absence of the Assistant Manager and ensure smooth, efficient service at all times.
- Train other members of FoH to be proficient in making Barista quality coffees and drinks.
- Prepare high-quality coffee and drinks strong barista skills essential.
- Maintain a clean, well-organised café in line with hygiene standards.
- Mentor and support team members, offering guidance and feedback.
- Help with stock control, deliveries, and day-to-day organisation.
- Handle cash and support end-of-day financial procedures.
- Monitor food and drink presentation and quality.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve any issues professionally.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years experience in a hospitality or café environment
- Confident, proficient barista with experience using professional equipment
- Strong leadership skills able to motivate and support a small team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Organised and reliable with great attention to detail
- Comfortable with basic financial processes (e.g. cash handling, stock control)
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene best practices
