Senior AV Engineer

We're looking for a Senior AV Engineer with hands on experience in home automation, cinema rooms, and integrated AV systems to deliver cutting-edge projects in some of the UK's most prestigious properties.
The Role
As a Senior AV Engineer, you'll take the lead on delivering high spec AV and smart home installations, ensuring flawless performance, sleek integration, and world-class client experiences. You'll be responsible for both installation and servicing, making sure systems perform to the highest standard long after handover.
Your role will include:
- Installing and commissioning home cinemas, distributed audio, and video systems
- Programming and servicing home automation systems (Control4, Lutron, Crestron, Savant)
- Rack building and wiring to the highest industry standards
- Precision cable termination and system integration
- Integrating lighting, blinds, and shading into AV/Control systems
- Troubleshooting, fault-finding, and providing ongoing maintenance support
- Collaborating with designers, project managers, and fellow engineers to deliver exceptional results
About You
- Proven experience installing and servicing home automation systems in luxury residential projects
- Ideally Control4 and/or Lutron certified (other controls experience highly desirable: Crestron, Savant)
- Strong rack build and cable termination skills
- Skilled in system programming and commissioning
- A problem-solver with strong technical acumen and attention to detail
- Able to liaise confidently with high-end clients and contractors
- Full UK driving licence
