Job Title: Cleaner
Location: Westerham TN16
Shifts: Monday to Friday
Hours: - Monday 8:30am-5pm | Tue-Thu 8am-5pm | Friday 8am-1pm
Salary: 12.21per hour
HRGO Recruitment are recruiting for experienced cleaners to work in the Westerham TN16 area.
To ensure that all areas are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene, supporting a safe and pleasant working environment for staff and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting across offices, production areas, and communal spaces.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and break areas.
- Empty bins and dispose of waste appropriately.
- Replenish cleaning supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.
- Maintain cleaning equipment and report any faults or supply shortages.
- Follow health and safety procedures, including the safe use of cleaning chemicals.
- Assist with deep cleaning tasks and special projects as required.
- Ensure all cleaning duties are completed to company standards and within designated timeframes.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in cleaning.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good attention to detail and time management skills.
- Physical stamina to perform manual tasks and lift light equipment.
- Understanding of health and safety regulations.
- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
