PA to MD
Location: Westerham
Salary: 32,000 pro rata DOE
Hours: Wednesday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm
Benefits: 25 days plus bank holiday (pro rata), free parking onsite, finish early on a Friday, parking on-site
Lloyd Recruitment Services is pleased to be working with a leading manufacturing company to recruit a professional and experienced PA / Executive Assistant on a part-time basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly and welcoming business environment, supporting the Chief Executive on a job-share basis. The role covers Wednesday to Friday, with flexibility to cover holidays when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diary management
- Booking travel and accommodation
- Coordinating exhibitions and corporate events
- Meeting preparation
- Managing emails and inboxes
- Drafting and managing correspondence
- Submitting expenses
- Maintaining a clear and well-organised filing system
- Office management, including overseeing reception and some HR-related duties
What We're Looking For:
- Proven PA/Secretarial experience, ideally within a manufacturing / commercial industry
- Strong multi-tasking and workload prioritisation skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- High level of professionalism and discretion
- Strong IT skills - proficient in Microsoft Office packages including excel
- Confident, organised, and adaptable
Salary 32k pro rata DOE
