Salary: 32,000 pro rata DOE
Hours: Wednesday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm
Benefits: 25 days plus bank holiday (pro rata), free parking onsite, finish early on a Friday, parking on-site

Lloyd Recruitment Services is pleased to be working with a leading manufacturing company to recruit a professional and experienced PA / Executive Assistant on a part-time basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly and welcoming business environment, supporting the Chief Executive on a job-share basis. The role covers Wednesday to Friday, with flexibility to cover holidays when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diary management
  • Booking travel and accommodation
  • Coordinating exhibitions and corporate events
  • Meeting preparation
  • Managing emails and inboxes
  • Drafting and managing correspondence
  • Submitting expenses
  • Maintaining a clear and well-organised filing system
  • Office management, including overseeing reception and some HR-related duties


What We're Looking For:

  • Proven PA/Secretarial experience, ideally within a manufacturing / commercial industry
  • Strong multi-tasking and workload prioritisation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
  • High level of professionalism and discretion
  • Strong IT skills - proficient in Microsoft Office packages including excel
  • Confident, organised, and adaptable


Salary 32k pro rata DOE
