About the job
As a paint sprayerwith First Class Repairs you will play a crucial role in restoring damaged vehicles to their pre-accident condition. You will be responsible for repairing and painting the car/vans to manufacturers standards. Working with the wider team, you will use specialist body repair equipment to complete a variety of repairs, contributing to achieving site targets and maintaining exceptional quality standards.
Paint Sprayer- Key Responsibilities:
- Restore damaged vehicles to their pre-accident condition by repairing and painting body components.
- Assess the most effective methods for painting utilising specialist body repair equipment to achieve the best results.
- Work collaboratively within a team to achieve site targets.
- Ensure a high level of quality and attention to detail in all repairs.
- Maintain a clean and tidy work area, following health and safety guidelines and procedures at all times.
Paint Sprayer- About You
- Experienced painter
- Bodywork repairs, including dent removal, filler application, and shaping.
- Basic experience as a panel beater (ideally)
- Prepping vehicles for paintwork, including sanding, masking, and priming.
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Valid driver's license.
