THE COMPANYOur client, a well established and highly successful conference and exhibition organiser have been around for over 15 years and during that time, they have established themselves as a key player within their field. The business has a busy and exciting events schedule throughout the year and they work with some world renowned brands that make many of their events stand out in the market!

As the business progresses further into 2025, they are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and energetic Event Co-ordinator to play a crucial role in achieving success for all involved at the events.

This role will see you be the key linchpin between the key sponsors of the event and the VIP / delegates who are attending. You will drive relationships and support with arranging key business meetings – all feeding into the agenda of the conference and what the sponsors are looking to achieve.

Key responsibilities for the Event Co-ordinator include:

•          Work closely with the event sponsors and identify areas for success.

•          Manage the delegate database and ensure the delegates invited fit with the agenda and messaging of the event.

•          Manage the meeting service and arrange key commercial meetings for event partners.

•          Liase with internal teams.

•          Manage and work closely with external suppliers.

•          Identify and target key industry figures to attend the events.

•          Work with the wider team on campaigns to drive awareness.

THE CANDIDATE 

The ideal candidate will be from an events background and ideally have experience managing delegate and sponsor relationships – the business will consider events professionals from different backgrounds.
