Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the internal compliance tracker, escalating issues where necessary to relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure timely distribution of contracts and related documentation.
- Liaise with team members to maintain up-to-date knowledge of billings and upcoming projects.
- Oversee and drive key internal programmes such as aftercare, offer management, and fee tracking.
- Provide analysis and reporting on key metrics including performance trends, averages, and ratios.
- Develop expertise in compliance-related programmes and become a go-to subject matter expert within the team.
- Complete ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
- Monitor and manage shared inboxes to ensure timely responses and organisation.
- Stay up to date with relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
Experience and Skills Requirements:
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
- Strong organisational and prioritisation abilities.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.

- Minimum 1 year of administrative experience (required).
