Duties:
Accurately input and maintain client information in internal systems
Regularly update and manage the client database
Scan, upload, and organise client documents in accordance with company procedures
Archive physical and digital files in line with compliance policies
Communicate updates and changes to the wider team as necessary
Experienced:
Strong attention to detail
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry systems
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Clear and effective communication skills
