Worth Recruiting – Property Industry Recruitment Specialists are working with an established, independent estate agency to find a driven, experienced and enthusiastic Sales Negotiator / Senior Sales Negotiator for a new role in the Weybridge area.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Managing the sales process from applicant registration through to completion.
- Conducting property viewings and negotiations with buyers and vendors.
- Generating new business through proactive prospecting and client relationship building.
- Maintaining exceptional customer service standards throughout every transaction.
- Assisting in achieving personal sales targets.
- Using your knowledge of the local market to provide accurate property valuations and advice.
What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):
- Proven experience in residential property sales.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Confident and professional telephone manner.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and personable.
- Knowledge of Weybridge and surrounding areas is advantageous.
- Full UK driving licence essential (own car preferred).
- Well-presented and professional approach.
- Highly self-motivated
