This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced CAD Technician to join an expanding Interior Design and Architecture company, where you will be exposed to a variety of exclusive high-end residential projects, whilst receiving full in-house training and the opportunity to progress as the team grows.

This expanding Architectural and Design company specialises in high-end residential projects, both in the UK and internationally, bringing their expertise to both refurbishment and new build projects. They offer their specialist services through all design and construction phases to their esteemed clients. This is why they are looking to add to their dynamic and diverse team with this exciting opportunity.
In this role, you will have a number of responsibilities based out of their office in Weybridge. You will be working on projects from concept to completion, often managing multiple projects at once. Your main responsibility will be to create technical drawing packages, which will include floor plans, lighting, power, and elevations. You will also create drawing packages for the fitted aspects of the house, including joinery, bathrooms, and kitchens. Additionally, you will liaise with both in-house and external teams to ensure specifications are met and assist in solving any design problems that arise.
The ideal candidate will be a CAD Technician or Draftsperson with previous experience working on interior residential or joinery projects, who is interested in working in a team environment on prestigious high-end projects.

- Proficient in AutoCAD
