About the role:
- Deliver engaging and inclusive Science lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
- Inspire students in Biology, Chemistry, and Physics, adapting content to suit varied learning needs, including students with SEND
- Plan and assess effectively to support student progress and attainment
- Contribute to the wider school community and departmental development
- Maintain high standards of behaviour and classroom management
What we're looking for:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification
- Strong subject knowledge across the science curriculum
- Passion for teaching and supporting young learners
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with staff and contribute to a positive school culture
