A client within the private sector is currently recruiting for a Residential Valuation Surveyor to join their team as soon as possible. The client is offering a full-time, permanent position with the ideal candidate having experience of working within a residential surveying environment.

The Role
Key purpose of the role is to provide high-quality valuations for lending purposes and private home surveys, utilising market-leading iPad technology, while maintaining professionalism and autonomy in managing your workload.

Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
  • Delivering timely and accurate property reports for residential valuations
  • Managing your geographical area and ensuring strong relationships with residents
  • Introducing new inspection techniques to enhance service delivery
  • Acting as an ambassador when visiting properties, maintaining high service standards
  • Adapting to changing business needs and fostering client relationships

The Candidate
To be considered for this role you will require:
  • RICS Accreditation (essential)
  • Registered Valuer
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent report writing skill
The below skills would be beneficial for the role:
  • Proficiency with iPad technology for property inspections
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage workload autonomously

The client is looking to move quickly with this role and as such are offering a competitive salary of up to 70,000 p/a depending on patch, uncapped bonus opportunities, car allowance or company car, plus various other benefits.
