Responsibilities:

• Organise and plan activity programmes reflecting service users’ preferences and keep up to date records using Person-centred software care planning program (PCS)
• Assist the Group marketing consultant with the production of quarterly newsletters to inform service users and their relatives/friends about what is going on in the home.
• Support service users to access the internet and other communication methods such as letter writing, Skype and FaceTime
• Plan events within allocated budget
• Ensure service users are at the heart of planning events, activities and outings of their choice to enhance their wellbeing.
• Be responsible for promoting and protecting the welfare of those individuals supported by the service.
