Salary: £26,395.20 to £27,684.80 + £3,000 sleep-in bonus (annual average)

What You’ll Do
As a Children’s support worker you will support young people with their daily routines; Getting them ready for school, prepping for meal times and planning activities.
Create a warm, homely environment by helping with light housekeeping.
Build strong, meaningful relationships and provide emotional support.
Plan and join fun activities like trips to the park, popcorn & movie nights or creative projects.
Keep essential records to ensure the best possible care.

What makes it so special is its serene location, providing an abundance of peace and tranquillity. We fully embrace the surrounding natural beauty which offers a peaceful backdrop for daily life. It's a place where everyone can feel calm, relaxed, and at home.
The Wonderful Young People We Share Our Home With
We're currently sharing our home with three incredible young people, each with their own distinct personality and charm. They're all easy-going with great characters, and they really enjoy chatting with the team. It's truly heart-warming to see how much they value and enjoy the time they spend with their families. They're an adventurous group, taking part in a variety of activities from walking, cycling, and climbing to wild water swimming. They also love their pamper nights, getting their hair and nails done. Being around them is a joy; their individuality and zest for life are truly inspiring.
