PCR are looking for an experience assistant site manager to work with one of our large residential clients.Â
The Role:

Supporting the Site Manager in all aspects of day-to-day site operations

Helping to coordinate trades, materials, and deliveries to ensure smooth progression of work
Requirements:
-
Previous experience as an Assistant Site Manager on traditional build housing schemes
-
Strong communication skills
-
Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality delivery
-
SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications
-
Monitoring quality and ensuring high standards of finish are maintained
-
Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards and site procedures
-
Assisting with progress reports and liaison with the wider delivery team.
