In this position, you'll lead a small team within the Machine Shop, coordinating daily production to ensure parts are manufactured accurately, safely, and on time. The Role:
- Lead and support a small team of operators in the Machine Shop

- Experience supervising or coordinating a production team
- Strong organisational and communication skills
