Senior Quantity Surveyor – Residential (Main Contractor)

This residential main contractor has a large new build project on site in Kent and they require a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the company and take full commercial responsibility for the project.

This is a great opportunity to work for a stable, high quality building contractor on a desirable project. This consists of 300 new houses of a high quality, luxury build nature. A mix of 2-, 3-, 4- and 5-bedroom properties which include townhouses. They have completed 70 homes and working on a further 30 so around a 3rd of the way through programme with 2yrs to run.

For this Senior Quantity Surveyor position, you must have main contracting residential experience. Being a high-end luxury home builder it would be beneficial to have high-quality house build experience.  This site is in rural Kent, and you will need transport and ideally live within Kent or Sussex.
