Finance Manager – Property Development Sector

Surrey | Up to £43,000 DOE + Excellent Benefits

A fantastic opportunity for a Finance Manager to join a growing property development company based in Surrey. This is a full-time, office-based role offering a salary of up to £43,000 depending on experience. You'll play a key role in managing the financial operations and office administration of a dynamic business that delivers high-quality residential development projects. This is an ideal role for an experienced finance professional looking to contribute to a business at the forefront of the property development sector.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate financial records, manage invoice processing, and perform bank reconciliations

  • Oversee VAT returns, support year-end accounting, and liaise with external accountants

  • Track project costs and support cash flow forecasting and budget planning

  • Manage payroll records and assist with processing

  • Provide administrative support including office supply management and diary coordination

What Experience is Required
  • At least 3 years’ experience in bookkeeping or finance roles

  • Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks preferred) and Excel

  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills
