A fantastic opportunity for a Finance Manager to join a growing property development company based in Surrey. This is a full-time, office-based role offering a salary of up to £43,000 depending on experience. You'll play a key role in managing the financial operations and office administration of a dynamic business that delivers high-quality residential development projects. This is an ideal role for an experienced finance professional looking to contribute to a business at the forefront of the property development sector.
Duties & Responsibilities-
Maintain accurate financial records, manage invoice processing, and perform bank reconciliations

Oversee VAT returns, support year-end accounting, and liaise with external accountants

Track project costs and support cash flow forecasting and budget planning

Manage payroll records and assist with processing

Provide administrative support including office supply management and diary coordination

At least 3 years’ experience in bookkeeping or finance roles

Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks preferred) and Excel

Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills

Salary up to £43,000 depending on experience
