Laundry Operative Wanted in Wickford

Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour

Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:30am – 3:00pm

Type: Temp to perm opportunity

Location: Wickford (Due to the location, own transport is preferred)

Job Description:
We are currently recruiting Laundry Operatives for our client based in Wickford. This is a hands-on role within a commercial laundry environment. No previous experience is required as full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sorting and preparing laundry items

• Loading/unloading industrial washing and drying machines

• Folding and packing clean laundry

• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the work area

• Following all health and safety procedures

Knowledge & Skills:

• No prior laundry experience needed

• Good attention to detail and time management

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment

• Team player with a positive attitude

Ideal Candidates Will:

• Be reliable, flexible, and punctual

• Be willing to learn and take direction

• Be able to commute to Wickford (own transport preferred)
