Description
Proactively chase outstanding payments by phone and email
Allocate incoming payments accurately
Monitor customer accounts and manage credit limits
Resolve queries and disputes in a professional and timely manner
Issue monthly statements and follow-up reminders
Liaise with internal teams to support query resolution and customer service
Prepare aged debt reports for management review
Assist with month-end processes and reporting
Profile
Previous experience in a credit control or accounts receivable role
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Organised, self-motivated, and target-driven
Able to work both independently and as part of a team
Professional and customer-focused approach
Job Offer
- Salary from 28k - 30k DOE
