Description

  • Proactively chase outstanding payments by phone and email

  • Allocate incoming payments accurately

  • Monitor customer accounts and manage credit limits

  • Resolve queries and disputes in a professional and timely manner

  • Issue monthly statements and follow-up reminders

  • Liaise with internal teams to support query resolution and customer service

  • Prepare aged debt reports for management review

  • Assist with month-end processes and reporting

Profile

  • Previous experience in a credit control or accounts receivable role

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Organised, self-motivated, and target-driven

  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team

  • Professional and customer-focused approach

Job Offer

  • Salary from 28k - 30k DOE
  • Bonus - every March, bonus profit share scheme
