The Regional Clinical Lead Nurse will:
- Implement the clinical quality strategy within the region.
- Conduct audits, practice observations, and care plan reviews to maintain high standards.
- Monitor clinical risk indicators and support homes in reducing risks.
- Assist homes in preparing for CQC and local authority inspections.
- Drive improvements through lessons learned from incidents and complaints.
As a Regional Clinical Development Lead Nurse, you'll enjoy:
