In this role, you will lead the design of highways, drainage, external levels, and plot drainage for residential developments. You will also prepare and manage Section 38 and Section 104 submissions and liaise with the relevant authorities.

This role is ideal for a Design Engineer with a Drainage and Highways background seeking autonomy and ownership over their projects.

The Role:

• Lead the design of highways, drainage, external levels, and plot drainage for residential developments
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver quality outcomes
• Carry out site appraisals and drainage feasibility studies

This Person:

• Experience in Drainage and Highways Design.
• Residential Development Background.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Causeway PDS, and Causeway Flow
• Commutable to Wigan
