The School are looking to appoint the Cover Supervisors as soon as possible.

As a Cover Supervisor, you will work closely with secondary pupils to deliver engaging lessons.

These Lessons are already planned for you.

Your responsibilities will include:

Delivering planned work to the class

Delivery of a variety of subjects

Assisting in the implementation of personalised learning plans for SEN students
Offering 1:1 and small group support for children with ASD.
Helping create a nurturing, positive, and inclusive learning environment
Supporting classroom activities and adapting resources to meet students' needs
Encouraging social, emotional, and academic development
Collaborating with teachers, SEN coordinators, and other professionals to deliver targeted interventions
Requirements:

Experience working with children, especially those within Secondary Schools
Patience, compassion, and a positive approach to supporting students learning
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
A genuine passion for working in education and helping children succeed
An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one)


Minimum 6 months experience within a School environment
