An established Manufacturing and Production company in Wigan is seeking a FLT Driver with a valid Counterbalance Licence.
The role involves operating a counterbalance truck and machinery to assist in the manufacturing of construction materials.
Candidates should have experience with counterbalance operation and an understanding of workplace health and safety.
The position offers full-time hours, working a standard 38-hour week with a pay rate of £15.66 per hour (equivalent to £13.35 PAYE).
Weekly rotating shifts are scheduled, with immediate start available for qualified applicants.

We have an excellent opportunity for a FLT Driver with Counterbalance Licence to join an established Manufacturing and Production company based in Wigan. The company specialises in design and production of Construction products and systems to the European market. These products include paints, fire protection materials, cement, sealants and more. As a FLT Driver/Production Operative you will be responsible for the manufacturing process of high-performance construction materials and products. You will be operating the counterbalance truck for moving materials, pallets and equipment around the warehouse. You will also operate machinery such as mixers, fillers, paint spraying and palletisers/wrappers. Duties will include;

Operating FLT Counterbalance
Loading, unloading and operating filling lines
Blending and filling operation of mixers
Operation of semi-auto and full auto packing machinery

This is a fantastic opportunity to secure full time hours Monday to Friday. You will be working a standard 38 hour week with an immediate start available. The hourly pay rate for this role is £15.66 Ltd (PAYE equivalent £13.35 Inclusive of holiday). Weekly Rotating Shifts: Week 1: Mon – Thurs 6:00 – 14:00. Fri 6:00 – 12:00. Week 2:Mon – Thurs 14:00 – 22:00. Fri 12:00 – 18:00. You will need;

Counterbalance Licence (Valid)
Experience with Counterbalance Operation
An awareness of health and safety in the workplace
Ability to work under pressure
