Fairmead are recruiting on behalf of a valued client for a experienced Site Manager to oversee a night shift retail shop fit-out in Wigan. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and organisational skills, with a solid background in fast-paced fit-out environments.
Key Responsibilities:

Coordinating multiple trades to maintain progress and quality

Enforcing health & safety regulations, including fire safety compliance

Solving on-site challenges with a proactive, hands-on approach

Ensuring the project stays on schedule and within scope
Requirements:

SMSTS, First Aid, and Fire Marshall certifications (essential)

Proven experience in retail/shop fit-outs
-
Strong communication and leadership abilities

Ability to manage site logistics and workflow efficiently

Availability for night shifts on scheduled dates
