As our company continues to grow, we are seeking a creative and motivated Full-Time Marketing Assistant to join our team in Wigan (with remote working flexibility). This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to marketing campaigns, content creation, and digital initiatives for a truly international business.


Role Overview

As Full-Time Marketing Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering engaging marketing content and campaigns to support brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external partners to help tell our story and promote our solutions globally.


Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create and execute marketing campaigns across digital and print channels
  • Produce engaging content for website, email, social media, presentations and brochures
  • Assist in the management of marketing automation and CRM platforms (HubSpot experience helpful but not essential)
  • Design marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator preferred)
  • Support event marketing activities, including webinars and industry trade shows
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support campaign development
  • Liaise with internal teams and partners to gather customer success stories and case studies
  • Help monitor campaign performance and report on results


Key Skills & Experience

  • Experience in a marketing assistant or similar marketing role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) experience preferred
  • HubSpot CRM/Marketing Hub experience desirable but not essential
  • Knowledge or experience in the hospitality sector is a plus
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Highly organised with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
