Artworker – Leicester | Creative Precision Meets Production Excellence

 What You’ll Be Doing:- Collaborating closely with the Head of Artwork to deliver high-quality, print-ready artwork on time.
- Creating and adapting artwork for POS/POP displays, signage, and retail graphics.
- Preparing production-ready files for digital flat-bed and roll-fed printers.
- Adding artwork to technical drawings and creating bespoke prototypes.
- Managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-moving studio environment.
- Supporting colleagues by reviewing artwork and maintaining quality standards.
- 5+ years of experience in a creative/artwork studio, ideally in the POS or display sector.
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud – especially Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Acrobat.
- Strong understanding of print prepress and production processes.
- Experience creating cutter guides and laying up panels for production.
- A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Probation Period:Â 6 months
- Notice Period:Â 1 week during probation, 1 month thereafter
- Equipment:Â Mac computer provided
