- Plan efficient delivery routes considering traffic and deadlines
- Dispatch drivers based on availability and location
- Monitor fleet compliance and maintenance
- Track shipments and resolve delivery issues promptly
- Prepare shipping documentation and manage compliance
Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication abilities with various stakeholders
- Problem-solving mindset to tackle transport challenges
- Proficient in transportation management systems
