The Role:
We are looking for a Quality Inspector to ensure that products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. You will carry out inspections, monitor production processes, report deviations, and work closely with production teams to maintain exceptional standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct inspections of incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products.

  • Measure and check products using a variety of tools and gauges, ensuring compliance with specifications.

  • Record and report quality data, including defects, scrap, and rework.

  • Identify and report deviations, recommending corrective actions when necessary.

  • Work closely with production teams to solve quality issues and prevent recurrence.

  • Support the maintenance and calibration of inspection equipment.

  • Ensure compliance with quality standards such as ISO 9001 or AS9100.

  • Assist with supplier quality checks and audits as required.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Previous experience in a quality inspection or assurance role, ideally in a manufacturing or engineering environment.

  • Strong understanding of engineering drawings, dimensioning, and tolerances.

  • Hands-on experience with inspection equipment such as verniers, micrometers, gauges, and surface measurement tools.

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.

  • Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with colleagues across departments.

  • Basic PC skills including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
