General Production Operative

Are you a reliable and hands-on individual with experience in production, packing, or warehouse environments? Join our client's manufacturing team in Willand, where you'll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day production process and ensuring products are packed, processed, and handled to a high standard.

In this role, you'll assist in the daily production and packing of goods, working in line with health and safety regulations and production timelines. You'll be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working area, handling materials and equipment, and contributing to a smooth and efficient production flow.

• Assist in the production and packing of products.
• Operate machinery in accordance with health and safety standards.
• Follow operational procedures and meet production deadlines.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety on the factory floor.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of materials.

• Experience in a production, packing, or warehouse environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn on the job.
• Good level of spoken and written English.

• 12.21 per hour starting pay, with potential increases based on experience.
