Afternoon Shift 2pm - 10pm or Nights 10pm to 6am

Permanent role after trial / Temp to Pem

£12.21 - £16.00 dependant on experience

We are recruiting forMachine Operatorsfor our Willenhall based client in the Digital Printing Industry, producing high quality Signage, Point of Sale Displays and Banners

The company is recruiting due to expansion and relocation into a larger premises meaning an increase in production and creation of new shifts.

Previous experience working within the Print Industry as a Digital Print Machine Operator would be highly desirable, but will consider candidates with experience in Lithographic, Flexographic and Screen Printing.

The successful candidate will need to be a focused, diligent problem solver with a great eye for detail.

Flexibility is crucial as other areas of the company may require support from time to time, as well as covering other shift as and when needed.

Key Areas of Responsibility

• Production of high-quality printed Signage, Displays and Banners
• Knowledge of the print process and maintenance of printing machine
• Achieving machine targets speed where possible
• Packing all your work
• Completing all relevant paperwork
• Work in close contact with all departments and undertake any task that you may be required to assist in

Key Requirements

• Must have previous experience operating Digital Print Machinery
• Will consider candidates with experience in Lithographic, Flexographic and Screen Printing
• Flexibility is both given and expected
• Professional with great eye for detail
• Must be a determined problem solver
• Must be able to work well in teams or alone
