Quality Assurance Administrator

Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated Quality Assurance Administrator to support the design team and assist with both QA processes and general office administration. The successful candidate will help maintain ISO 9001 standards, manage project-related documentation, and provide administrative support to ensure the smooth running of daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain Quality Assurance records and ISO 9001 documentation for design projects.

  • Process and track permit applications.

  • Monitor job progress and manage invoicing from applications.

  • Support procurement activities.

  • Handle enquiries, quotes, and job logging.

  • Assist with labour programme planning and look-ahead scheduling.

  • Monitor and manage daily email correspondence.

  • Undertake additional reasonable tasks as requested by Directors.

Skills & Requirements

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Well-organised, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.

  • Previous office administration experience (construction industry experience advantageous).

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
