Your new firmThis long-standing, independent accountancy practice which specialises within the medical industry is seeking to appoint a new Accountant into their Wilmslow office. Your new roleIn your Accountant job role, you will be responsible for preparing year-end and management accounts for a range of different clients within the medical industry, including sole traders and partnerships with turnovers from £30k up to £2 million. You will also be responsible for business tax computations and corporate tax. You will assist clients with any general queries and you will also provide support to junior staff.

What you'll need to succeedThe firm is seeking a professional Accountant who possesses previous experience within practice, preparing statutory accounts as well as some exposure to management accounts, tax and VAT returns. To succeed in this role, you will need strong knowledge of accountancy software whilst being eager to learn and progress professionally within the firm, which will allow you to benefit from the comprehensive support on offer.
