Sales Consultant - Full Time | Wilmslow ShowroomPremium Interiors Retailer

We're partnering with a well-established interiors retailer, known for their beautifully designed showrooms and exceptional customer experience. With a strong reputation in the home and interiors space, they're now looking for a Sales Consultant to join their team in Wilmslow.

About the roleThis is a consultative sales role within a luxury interiors showroom. You'll work closely with customers to understand their design goals, offer expert guidance on product choices, and support them throughout their buying journey - from first visit through to delivery and aftercare.

Key responsibilities as Sales Consultant:

  • Advising customers on product selection tailored to their interior design projects

  • Providing exceptional service both in person and via phone/email

  • Managing the full sales cycle, from enquiry to order and delivery coordination

  • Handling payments, arranging samples, and following up on leads

  • Collaborating with the wider showroom team to create a welcoming and knowledgeable environment

What we're looking forPrevious industry experience isn't essential - full product training is provided. What's more important is a genuine interest in interiors, a natural flair for customer service, and a confident, consultative approach to sales.

You'll also need:

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Clear and confident communication

  • Good IT skills and comfort with numbers

  • A proactive, team-oriented mindset
