The main responsibilities for this Vehicle Technician role include:
- Diagnosing complex symptoms spanning the entire spectrum of vehicle systems
- Manage time efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction is met
- Utilize cutting-edge video vehicle health assessments to pinpoint issues and seize potential opportunities for upselling
- Communicate clearly updating work progression
- Hon your skills through regular training, with a special focus on electric vehicles
- Play a pivotal role in the team's success by offering technical guidance and coaching to your colleagues
- Uphold a pristine and secure work bay, consistently adhering to established standards
- If required, perform MOTs in alignment with DVSA standards
- Experience in a similar role
- Ideally a qualification to Level 2 or 3 standard
- Full UK driving licence
