Projects Quantity Surveyor – Tamworth – Rail – Earthworks/Structures – Up to £65,000

Summary:
My client are seeking a dedicated Projects Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Tamworth, focusing on rail projects with a strong emphasis on earthworks and structure renewals, including bridges and viaducts. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing 2-3 concurrent projects, each ranging in value from £2-5 million.
This role involves overseeing the financial and contractual aspects of projects, ensuring delivery within budget and on schedule. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in managing earthworks packages and structural renewals, demonstrating strong commercial acumen and the ability to engage with multiple stakeholders.
Skills:
1. Proven experience in managing earthworks and structure renewals
2. Strong commercial and financial management skills
3. Experience with contract administration
4. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
